Default How do you remove the factory tweeters?!

Hey guys,

I've had tweeters from a component system sitting around for quite some time now and I wanted to replace them. Only thing is, I can't figure out how the hell to get the stock tweeters out?

Do they come OUT from the front or out through the back? Do I have to pry it out or something? It feels like there's some kind of bracket, but idk.

I replaced mine several years ago, but cant remember exactly how I took them out. I know I removed them from the rear (take the panel off)...I can't remember if there were any rivets holding them in, but if there are, just drill those out and it should come out easily.

I got it. I had to take the whole door panel off (which I've never done before but went pretty well) and there's one screw holding the tweeter in. Also the wires are TIGHT on the tweeter so they need to be removed/cut before you can pull the tweeter out from the front.
