i hat the same problem..everyday in the winter it said E20..but once the car warmed up it worked...once winter left i never had the problem again so it might b the temperature

so since The 9886 is on subject HOW THE **** DO you switch it to red? i went to best buy yesterday and we could not figure it out.... even the salesman swore it turns red but he couldnt do it... how do you switch it and are you sure that you didnt have an alternative model?
