Default radio noise, from wide band or tach.

I have just installed a AEM wide band and a small auto meter tach in the a-pillar. Now I have noise over the radio. I unplug the power to the two units and it goes away. Is there any filter or diffrent way to hook up that might help. It is a factory system and power is from the fuse box on the drive side of the dash. Thanks

Are any of the wires for those running near any of the radio/antenna wires?
