A lot of questions, which will impact the end solution:
Are you looking to keep the express down feature on the driver's window? While you are going through all of this, are you looking to add an express down module for the passenger side? (I would.)
Is there anything special you are doing to the doors and/or the wiring in them? Are you making this change permanently, or do you want to preserve the option to go back to door controls?
Are you looking for a strategy to tap in to the wiring, or are you looking for full details on connections?
