Head Unit problem

well as the title says well my head unit turns off it the car gets hit slightly. and if its on it turns off for no reason. but turns off right after or takes a few seconds to turn back on.
any suggestions of what it might be?

loose connection with the power supply. check to make sure everything is connected properly

My girlfriends car does this cometimes as well, do your windows quit working also? Maybe check the fuse make sure its in all the way and the power connector like ^^^^said.

anything else that might make this happen?
besides a loose fuse or a loose wire.

It's a problem in your BCM with some solder points.
A similar write up is/was listed in the Commonly Asked Questions Sticky in this section but the noob that did it deleted his post, and pics are missing. The tech article I posted should suffice and be quite useful to you and any other experiencing issues.
