SPOOLIN Z28

i just put in a new pioneer deck in my car. Everything is hooked up right and no power. I checked all fuses and everything is fine. I had an old sony deck in the car when i first bought it and that deck worked fine. After i cut out the old harness i noticed that my rear view mirror lights stopped working. This is not my first install i have put a deck in my 98' z28 and it came out just fine. any info is always appreciated. thanks ahead of time

there are 2 fuse boxes... i put money on a fuse
