Didn't your amps get hot down there?

been a long time since i messed with my stereo, but i think the stealth box is only for the passenger side, and the driver's side was a different company entirely. that box is actually made out of plastic. wish i could tell you more, but i did my stereo 6 years ago, professionally tuned it, and haven't touched it since (which also proves amps/speakers don't deteriorate if you know how to tune them).

wouldn't all that vibration from the subs shatter the tops?

i dunno. i'm not big into bass but it seems like all that shaking right on top of the t-tops can't be good for them. then again maybe thats an urban legend just like how people say tinting t-tops will cause them to shatter which i'm sure is BS because i had tinted t-tops in one of the hottest places in the US, phoenix AZ, and they never shattered.

You would need a big system if you plan on shattering ttops. A single 10 or 12 back there wouldn't affect them at all.

I have tinted T-tops... no shatter...

The tops fit in there snuggly and I would need like 4 18's to rattle a top enough to chip it...

Some of these setups are sweet! I like the idea of keeping my ttop holders. Where did you get that box N20zuki?

No man you would have to have some CRAZY spl and force to shatter glass, especially something that isn't really under any pressure.

And I've never heard that about t-tops and tint.. I like in Texas and Im sure mine get close to 200* in the sun, never had a problem.
