not to thread jack, but I just got the replacement package from kee as well. How in the hell do you replace the rear hatch speakers? i feel like I am gonna break the mounts

I had to take wire cutters to cut the rivet from them and then they rotated to either the left or right(don't remember) and then they came out.

+1 on the wire cutters.
any tips on tuning/setting up the amp?(pic of the controls). Is the input level the gain?

The amp has a "Remote Subwoofer Level Control", is that like a bass boost? I know bass boost is not good, so is it better to not even use this?
I have settings set at this
bass boost - 0db
subsonic filter - 35Hz (ported box)
low pass - 95Hz

Speaker Specs
10" subwoofer with selectable 2- or 4-ohm impedance (have it set at 2-ohm)
frequency response: 25-400 Hz
power range: 50-350 watts RMS (1,400 watts peak power)
sensitivity: 89 dB

Thanks man, that is going to come in handy. For engine ground I used the alternator bracket.
