so for low beams you would buy H4 Low Beam HID Bulb
so for high beams you would buy H4 High Beam HID bulb

and your fog lights uses 880 HID Bulb

after that its all up to you on temperature desired.

I currently have 10,000K on my headlights and 12,000K on my fog lights. Very nice.

also when you go buy the kit you don't necessarily need to look under your car type.

all you need to do is;

Low Beam-
H4 Low Beam HID kit "xxxxx"K Temp

High Beam-
H4 High Beam HID kit "xxxxx"K temp

Fog Lights-
880 Fog Light HID Kit "xxxxx"K temp

Nice information. Too bad most of it applies to Camaros or is completely wrong.

Let's start with the Sylvania listing (which I cleaned up to remove all their promotional text). The front lights (headlights and turn signal/DRL) are correct. None of the tail lights are 2xxx bulbs. The 2057 is an old style bayonet bulb like the 1157 and is not used anywhere in LS1 model f-bodies. All of the tail lights use 3057-style bulbs (wedge base). There are no separate rear turn signals on a Firebird. The backup light bulbs are 3157. Marker lights are 194. Dome light is 212-4. Door illumination and HVAC illumination are 74. Cluster indicator lights are PC74.

You can't replace the factory sealed beam headlights with H4 unless you get new housings - there are no replaceable bulbs in a sealed beam system.

Now, on another note... HID conversion kits are illegal (ALL of them). The ones that just put HID bulbs in reflectors designed for halogen are not only illegal, they're dangerous because of excessive glare. That glare only increases when you start getting above 6000K color temperature. The whiter/bluer lights seem brighter because they produce more glare but they actually produce less useable light than lower color temperatures.

If you want to do it right, do some research on installing proper HID projector lenses. It costs more than just bulbs but those of us who are sick of being blinded by cars with cheap blue headlight conversion kits will thank you.

Also, you'll have a much nicer result. Your light will be used much more efficiently if you use a proper projector and it will make it easier for you to see by putting the light where it benefits you. Added bonus is that it doesn't blind me anymore.

can some clear up what the difference is between an H4 and H7 for the T/A? and will either fit? I want to do a quick HID mod for now and then get projectors when i get my job next fall.

I replaced the OEM seal beams with Hella Eurolights headlights housings, which accept the H4 bulbs with Hi/Lo beams. I installed HID BiXenon system kit 55 watts 6000°K (white) with both (Hi/Lo) Xenon capsules.
