Weird problem with monsoon deck

Lately, I have noticed that sometimes the digits displayed the unit will be skewered. Sometimes it will have pieces of the digit missing and it looks like someone is trying to hack into the time or something. Looks like alien space ship symbols

How can I fix this? Its quite annoying.

I have the same problem. Seems like it happens when it's very cold, or very hot. I'm guessing the LCD display (I assume that's what it is) doesn't like extreme temperatures.

Yeah, it happened when it got somewhat cold for Florida winters and now that its starting to heat up its happening again.

Is it possible to fix this?
