Default Low/ spiking voltage. Alternator tests OK?

Randomly my trans am has been acting up, started suddenly, reads between just under and just above 13 volts when running and driving. When i switch my headlamps on and draw on the battery the voltmeter will bounce back and forth.

Sent alternator to be evaluated and rebuilt, they told me the alternator is fine.

Heres a vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eAOU1-mfoLM

Couldnt figure out how to put the video on the thread

If anyone has seen this problem before, ide appreciate your input. I tested the battery today and it has 603 out of 650 CCA (good battery). Tested the alternator again and again it tested within specs.

One thing I did notice is that the armature on the alternator is slightly bent and you can see the pulley wobble and a little bearing noise.

Check the small wire coming out of the clip on the back of the alt. My car was doing something similar and that wire was broke.
