Default Seat Back install

I am curious if anyone here has every tried to install an amplifier in the back of their back seat. Im doing a somewhat stealth instal. If you have what issues came up. Ill probably be doing it in the middle of the back seat so that the seat is still usefull. Any help or pictures would be great.

Main problem I see would be trying to ventilate the amp. Curious if anyone else has done it as well though.

You can always fold your rear seat down if you don't have passengers most of time.

that amp would have no air what so ever.. get an amp rack it works awesome and hides everything.. and the back seat put it down when you dont have nobody and it looks like a two seater hehehe
