First off, you must not have looked to hard cause I just found it in about 15 seconds. The sensitivity is on the page you posted (91db) and the power handing is on the attached .pdf and is 15w peak @ 8ohm. Second, those are NOT a good way to go. Just get some stock ones or some actually intended for car use, NOT home use...

yeah i have the panels off and one sounds worse than the other, and they both barely have any volume or input to the sound i know they only hit the high freq but damn its barely anything. so maybe i should just replace the filters? its just a normal Highpass right, and where are they?

I can get you some inexpensive ones that would go in there. Prices on a decent cheap set are about $10.00 and would sound better then the stock ones. Good ones run about $49.00 and up.
As stated by Whitebird, the stock inline filters tend to be the issue in most cases though. Mine were fried when I bought my T/A and I replaced them with Radioshack inline filters for about $3.00. This was prior to my extensive overhaul of the entire audio system in that car and was merely a quick fix. It does work though and will last assuming no damage was done to the tweeter itself by the distortion that may have been created by the damaged filter.
