I am debating upgrading the system in my 99 SS but I really dont want the amp mounted on the rear deck or or the rear body panel; is it possible to mount it where the spare tire goes? I took my spare tire out for weight saving when I used to race my SS. I was thinking about getting KEE AUDIOs speaker system and maybe a stealth box on each side; therefore, I'd need an amp for the subs.
