Pioneer TS-A1672R speakers?

Pioneer TS-A1672R speakers? Anyone have experience with these in a 98+ Camaro? I was unhappy with some parts a seller sent me, and he's offered a set of four of these instead off the same vehicle. My stereo is currently all original parts with the single CD-player, but at least two of my driver side speakers have failed.
The 1672's appear to be out of production, and the photos he sent seem to indicate the covers aren't available. Are these worth my time?
