Just installed my passanger window fix kit yesterdat and all I can say is wow! Window works great!!! INstall wasnt that bad if you have ever taken your door panel off and spliced wires this is no problem to install!!

I did mine a while back, the window is so much faster then even when the car was new!

Yep good stuff. It saved my passenger window on my Camaro. I was close to pulling the trigger on the driver side fix kit as well since it was so much slower than the passenger side one

Does this kit hook right to the battery? It says something about it in the ad for it.

Did mine a few weeks ago. HUGE improvement.

ShortChevy, yea you wire it through the firewall and right to the battery.

Wonder if there is another way of doing this. I understand the problem and the fix but am I the only one who feels it's a bit ghetto to hotwire a window motor directly to the battery? Even if it came off the hot line at the underhood fuseblock. Little extra wire and time on install to make it look nice but at least there wouldn't be anything hanging off the battery.
