DRL & Blinker Not Working on Passenger Side

DRL & Blinker Not Working on Passenger Side Did a search thru here and the Maintnance forum with verying results.
The Problem: Only my passenger side front DRL, blinker and hazard does not work. The front driver DRL, blinker and both rear blinker and hazards work along with the dash indicators for left and right as normal. I have replaced both front sockets and bulbs with no success to the front pass side and all other functions to the other three lights still funtion as normal. I was going to buy a relay to see what it does since it is only $30, but if that does not work and the DRL module is the culprit, will a jumper for the front dark blue and light blue wires to get both the front blinkers working and disableing the DRL fix the problem? I also did a bunch of searches for a new DRL module and the only one I could find was thru GM for >$200. Couldn't find it on eBay as others have, what a crock! Please help and advise as I don't want to waste a bunch of money for a damn Module so I can keep my US required blinker and a not, by US standards, DRL. Thank you all in the community in advance.

$30 for a relay? They saw you coming! 
(A relay should be about $5... even Radio Shack has them for $10.)
Anyway, it shouldn't be necessary. I'm going to assume you've already tested the right lamp socket and found no power on the blue wire. Pull out the radio so you can access the DRL module mounted to the duct work behind it. It has two connectors, one of which has light blue, light blue/white, dark blue, and dark blue/white wires in it. The two light blue wires are left side and the dark blue wires are right side. In both cases, the white striped wire is the input from the T/S switch to the DRL module and the solid color wires are the output to the front lamps.
Leave the connector plugged in and use a test light or multimeter to test for power on the dark blue wire (right side output) with the ignition on. If you get power there but not at the front socket then you know the wire between the DRL module and the lamp is the problem.
If you don't get power output from the DRL module, test the dark blue with white wire (right side input) while the ignition and right turn signal are on. Unless the turn signal switch is faulty, you should get flashing power on the input side. That test will tell you if the DRL module is the problem. If so, you can bypass it by simply connecting the light blue to the light blue/white and the dark blue to the dark blue/white wires. This will give you functioning turn signals but no DRLs.
