Default 93 Trans Am Steering Wheel Radio Controls No Worky

I have a 1993 Trans AM, CD with EQ, and the steering wheel controls do not work. I have replaced the plungers, checked the fuses in the panel in the dash, and I pulled the radio and checked the connections, and everything looks fine. The horn works. There are no air bag lights on. The lights in the buttons work. I'm at a loss, what else can I do? I've searched everywhere on the web, and nothing.....

Any recommendations on a place in Kansas City that could diagnose the issue?

Just to be absolutely certain, you did test the 1AMP STR WHL fuse, right? Test, not just visual inspection.

Is that fuse in someplace other than the panel in the dash with all the other fuses?

Its in the panel on the side of the dash. I might have typed the wrong name, but its a 1-amp fuse that is for the Steering Wheel Controls.

For future reference, 93s steering wheel control is on the same fuse as the radio. And mine is fine. DAMN IT!!!!!!

Default Radio controls fixed but...

Firstly i just want to say this forum helped me fix my steering controls, Thank you! But after installing the air bag it doesn't sit flush with the steering wheel. I Re installed it 3 times, adjusting the wires each time to make sure they weren't hanging up but to no avail. Anybody else have this issue or suggestions? In the mean time i'll try it again...
