Hid problem

Hid problem I recently bought a car with ddm 6000k hid low/fog.
Today my wife was driving the car home and I noticed the passenger side fog light was out. So I pulled the bulb to make sure nothing was abnormal and reinstalled. I had her turn them back on and it was working. Stood up and noticed the driver side wasn't working. After messing with them for a couple of minutes there seemed to be no way to get them both on consistently as each side would randomly come on with both on at the same time every so often in no particular order (both came on consistently when I unlocked the car with the fob).
I have hid kits in all of my vehicles, but mine are a different brand that have a relay harness incorporated. I havent had any problems to date with my other cars. Has anyone ever heard of this problem before? Solutions?

i had a similar problem with my 10k hids i doubled check my ballast and one of the cables was loose. Also some cheap ballasts are not consistent and cause your hids to flicker on and off. hope this helps
This was my old car...the ballasts are 35W from DDM. I never noticed any problems with them, but I rarely used the fogs, so there's no telling what could be going on.
The one thing I didn't do was wire them in with a relay, so they are being triggered off the stock wiring. The stock wiring may simply not be able to supply enough power to light them off consistently...it is something that some people have problems with from time to time.

The light is still much less useful to you or anyone else than 4300k light, and I guarantee you that it bothers other drivers, whether you believe it or not. (People who put those kits in never seem to believe that...)
