Default My blinker makes a beeping noise....

Hey I was hoping you guys could help me? I got my 01 WS6 back in November, it only has 21k on it and ever since its made a beeping noise when using the turn signal. The beeping increases in pitch when I speed up and descreases when I slow down. I was wondering what it could be (I was thinking alternator possibly since the car wasn't driven for awhile and was just sitting in the showroom for 6 months when I bought it.)

Any ideas/help is appreciated. Thanks!

Here's a vid I made so you can hear the beeping noise:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0mJpQ...ature=youtu.be

I don't hear a "BEEP", I hear a Tick which would be your Flasher making noise, they tend to do that sometimes. You might just buy a new flasher and see what it sounds like.

The beeping is going on at the same time as the traditional blinker ticking noise

Is there water in any of the sockets for the turn signals?

I wouldn't think so but I'll check. I do know my rear taillight had water in it and it's now darker than the other tail.

Yes check it has something to do with your bulbs. There is a small chance it could be the wireing.
