Best car alarm for 96 ws6 Hey guys I am looking to replace the factory system with an aftermarket alarm system. I am looking for something that isnt too hard to install myself. I know this has been gone over before and found python and viper to be good ones but im looking for model numbers for good alarm systems. Any help would be awesome!

I dont really need remote start i am just needing something that can show me on a fob if my alarm is going off. Dont need the push button start or phone stuff, just something that alerts me and keeps ppl from stealing my car. i am planning on installing something myself so preferably something simple yet effective.

I would skip an alarm and get a kill switch. With a car alarm people can still break into your car. With a kill switch they can't steal it unless they tow it.
