there is $$$$$ to made here if you have the time

I have bought several of their products and all are well built and work for years without trouble. They do seem to have a fondness for wire nuts to simplify wiring connections (something I would never use in a car) but you can easily solder and heat shrink or even use butt crimp connectors.

The load resistors are used to simulate the resistance of an incandescent bulb so that the signals will still flash. Other options include buying LED bulbs with the resistor built in or replacing the flasher with an electronic one specifically designed for no-load LED use.
The plug-and-play sequential kits include the replacement socket for the outer bulb position or you can use the universal kit and just buy a 3157-style socket at your local auto parts store.

I'm not sure because I don't know what kind of switching circuitry they use in their module. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work - it's entirely electronic without any thermo-mechanical switching like the factory flasher so it should not be dependent on the resistance of the bulbs.
It's easy enough to try it. If it doesn't flash properly, adding a couple of 6-ohm resistors is really cheap and easy. I know it works with the resistors in the circuit.

Still working on this
Still working on this, wish I could make Tail Light housings with injection molding or have them made not too expensive. You can buy all the ricer lights on ebay for less than $100, but they look terrible, wish I could find who manufactures those and have original looking ones made with different backs.
Latest Video with new modern sequential
Made a lot of changes to the programming and housings. Here are some pics
Modified housings started:
LED's are super bright, might have to turn them down a little

I have plenty of the controller boards, they are cheap to make, probably could sell one for like $50. The problem is in mounting the LED's in the housings. Still trying to find an easy way to do it.

I have made them for 1 other member on here who put the LED's in himself. I have also fit this controller into a 1967 thunderbird driving the original taillights. I used it to drive Modified daytime running lights on a hyundai elantra. We changed the LED's to RGB ones. Lights are white for DRL, Amber/sequential for turn signal and have many Color special effects, also adding front display (not finished) and remote for special effects as seen at end of night video.

These lights are exactly what I continue to search for. I really like the 93-96 tails over any aftermarket style and the LEDs make them look so much more modern. I wish I had the knowledge to produce or a place to purchase a set exactly like this for my Z.
