Crazy electrical problem from heat?

Crazy electrical problem from heat? I have a vexing problem.
When the weather is hot, my stock radio shuts off AND my power window motors at the same time. (Everything else electrical works)
When the interior cools down, the power comes back on for both.
I have looked at the interior fuse box and I have noted that the radio and power window fuses are right next to each other.
I have changed both, and the problem is still there.
Anyone have some ideas ? Im planning to replace the stock radio but dont want to do that unless Im sure that is the culprit.

Common problem that a little searching would have found although it's usually more random and not heat related. There are some bad solder joints in the Body Control Module (BCM) that control the Retained Accessory Power (RAP) circuit that powers both the radio and the windows.
