bixenon help please

Hey guys I just installed my morimoto h1 bixenon projectors. I just did this mod at the same time, I have everything wired correctly but I'm having trouble with the high beam solenoid .I turn lights on everything is fine turn high beam on solenoid drops high beams work , I try to turn high beams off and the solenoid stays down in high beam mode. I have to completely turn the **** all way to off to make itcome back up. Then turn the lights right back on and they are in low beam again. Anyone know what the problem is ?

How did you wire it up? Sounds like something is not wired correctly.

I plugged the diode into where high beams are , hids are wired as I had them before projectors. Then I did the lighting faq low and high beam mod it worked perfectly I when I only had the driver side diode plugged in, then I plugged the passenger one in and it started the problem. Tried unplugging the passenger side with same results with the highs staying on

You don't need the diodes if you did the high beam mod.

Also, diodes are directional. Sounds like the diodes are backwards.

Also, since you did the high beam mod, remove the diodes since they are no longer needed.

I meant the solenoid is connected to the high beam pig tail. There is no diode

The real problem is I guess after I activate the high beam the power seams to still run through keeping the solenoid down and the high beam active even if I deactivate the high beams from the handle

just realized that when i go from low to high beam the lowbeam goes out and when i turn the low beam back on the solenoid has dropped and its in high beam mode then i flip the lights off an on again and its in low beam again. anyone know whats going on?

OK tell me exactly how you have everything (including the low+high mod) wired up and we'll go from there. Are you using any relay harnesses for example?
