High beams turn on with Low beams?

Default High beams turn on with Low beams?
Alright well after I re-installed my STS kit I directly wired the Scavenge pump to the fuel pump so when the fuel pump is on the scavenge pump is.

Now the odd part when I flash my highbeams when the low beams are on the car shuts off completely. Now we disconnected the scavenge pump to see Iftar was it but unfortunately it wasn't.

So it makes me think I have a short in the ignition maybe?
