Side view mirror issues

Side view mirror issues Anyone have issues with the side view mirrors in a 95 Camaro?
The Up/Down feature will work on both sides, but the Left/Right won't work on either side.
Is this a common thing on these cars? lol

on my 99 firebird everything works but the "right" switch, same issue with the switch I got when I bought the new door panels, on them it is common for water to get in there and short out that connection on the board. I haven't heard of the camaros having this issue but I suppose it could happen.

I can hear the motor "click" in the mirror, but it doesn't move. It doesn't click over and over. It's clicks once then nothing and it's not even a loud click like a gear is stripped.
It is an electrical sounding click if that makes sense rather than a mechanical click...
I may end up taking the side mirror apart if it's easy enough.
