Question CDT EU-6MB or CDT HD-6MSUB

Hey i am wanting to replace the stock sail panel speakers and i was wondering which of these two subwoofers are better and what are the differences? They are both found at http://www.keeaudio.com/cdtaudiosubwoofers.html

Also is it even worth upgrading the sail panel speakers if i plan on getting a 10" sub(probably JL10W3v3)in a stealth box in the future?

Thank you

I'm curious about this as well. My system sounds pretty good with the 6.75" 3-ways in the doors, and a 10" sub in the hatch. But I'm wondering if a mid-bass woofer would round out the sound a little better.
