ABS/ TCS delete. complete wire removal?
ABS/ TCS delete. complete wire removal? I'm cleaning up the engine bay while doing my ls3 and 411 swap. Would it be possible to remove all of the wires from these components and not run into any problems. I have to remove all of the harness anyway to smooth and paint then wire tuck. Any advice would be awesome.
Sure it can be done if you have the harness removed. Will you run into issues? Depends on how particular and thorough you are. Print out schematics, mark all the connectors so you know what you are dealing with and eliminate just what you need to eliminate. It's a big job and not for the faint of heart or electrical novice. I eliminated no longer needed wires a few feet into the harness when I did my wire tuck for now but plan to do even more wiring clean up during the winter.
