Ok I've got a auto meter leval 3 digital shift light with playback that I'm hooking up.I think ive got the red, green, and black wire figured out but this thing has two more wires.in the instructions it says to hook one of the wires up to a trans brake or a brake light(what does this do)? It says to hook the other wire to the green wire on a tac(isn't this the same wire that the green wire goes too?).Any help would be appreciated.

 

Ok guys I've got everything hooked up.but I have one more question. I hooked into my pcm Ignition wire for power to my shift light.Can I splice into this wire(the shift light power wire) to run other accessories? Please someone help.I don't won't to mess my pcm up . thanks
