brake light problem

brake light problem Hi
I have an 2001 Camaro Z28 with orange flasher in the tail lights (tail light, brake light and flasher in separate compartments in the tail light housing)
My problem is, when i switch on the lights all my brake lights go on including the 3rd one. Also the cruise control won't work anymore. The only thing that is happening when I push the brake pedal is the 3rd brake lights are going brighter.
If I drive around without switching my lights on, the brake lights are working correctly and also cruise control is working in this condition.
I'm using just regular bulbs, no LEDs.
Does anyone of you know what the problem may be?
