Help with Express Down on Pass SIde

Help with Express Down on Pass SIde Last year I installed the Autotrix express down kit. It seemed to function ok, but after driving the car over the next few days, I found it doesnt always work...sometimes I get express down, other times not.
The window will always go down normally if I hold the button down (as designed), but the express part will only work sometimes. I can heard the relays clicking and the green light (on the autotrix box) come on, but it simply doesnt always work.
Autotrix sent me a replacement unit and relays, I triple checked all wiring and soldering everything. But I'm getting the same results..sometimes express down other times normal window operation.
I'm at a loss on what could be wrong here.
Any ideas???
