Hard wiring dashcam

I was reading around the forums about hard wiring gauges and the like, and I know there is the blank IGN section in the interior fuse panel, but how do I add a wire to it to power a dashcam? Probably over complicating something extremely easy, but that seems to be the usual for me.

They make fuse extenders called, fuse taps

I've seen these, but I didn't think they would fit behind the panel, and I didn't think one of those would fit in the IGN hole because it looks more like a single fuse hole instead of having room for both of the metal "teeth" parts of the fuse.

They make different kinds depending on which fuse type you need

I get how fuse taps work, but I don't see how you utilize the single hole thats circled in red in this picture. Probably didn't make my original post clear enough.
