Default Under dash or hidden antenna?

I would like to eliminate the factory T/A stereo antenna for a cleaner look. Are there any hidden or under dash options you guys recommend? Just looking for basic local FM channels. The reviews I've seen are very mixed. Thanks.

Look at posts 22-30 in the link above. You can put the antenna on the front edge of the headliner. It's really easy. The headliner actually goes up to the glass so the antenna ends up sitting right by the tinted band at the top of the windshield. (vs. under the metal roof, where one would think it would end up, being attached to the headliner)

If you get one of the wire FM antennas that you have to roll out from either end you can get it under the dash by taking the radio bezel and feed it to the left behind the dash cluster (must be removed), and to the right above the glove box. Won't be perfect but it works OK and is something. I did this and used painters tape to hold it to the highest point under the dash as possible.
