Default 93-97 fuse box in a 98+

My car is a bit of a Frankenstein in regards to wiring, and while I've done the hang the fuse box underneath mod to clean up the engine bay. I still want to take it a bit further.

On have an 01 v6 firebird that was converted to an LS, but the engine is on a stand alone harness (fuel pumpnrelay included) and i have an aftermarket fan relay switch. It was converted from auto to manual andba 9 inch rear. So abs, cruise, nor airbags work in my case. So between the 2 engine bay fuse panels there's a lot I can delete. My question was instead of trying to cram everything into one 98 and up fuse panel, would I be better trying to do it with one 93-97 fuse box?

It appears tonhsve sufficient relay space but the larger fuses are missing. But to be honest a lot of those are gone on mine.

Any thoughts ?
