Default Help me identify two wires / plugs?

The harness is a bit of a mess. The previous owner had swapped in a 99 harness and computer. The car won’t start (no crank no nothing) and when poking around under the hood I saw these were connected anywhere. It’s not surprising seeing as how the rest of this thing was cut. Wondering if anyone can tell me what they were for. Same line that goes to injectors. One has the heat wrap.

Two prong is for the A/C and the five prong is for EGR which I believe on the 00 and up did not have.
