Intermittent window issue - ground?
I have a 99 camaro with an intermittent issue.
Sometimes when I run over bumps in the road or something similar, my radio stops working and my power windows won't work.
Initially I thought it was the wiring for the radio, as it looked like crap, but I've changed radio and changed all connectors there so it looks brand new.
From what I am able to see at the workshop manual - the only common point between the two should be ground, it says that the ground should be named "650" and go to ground point G200.
Anyone have any idea where this could be or point me in a good direction - if you have had the same issue?
The solution is to re-solder the affected solder points on the BCM main board. Details are in this thread: https://ls1tech.com/forums/general-m...blems-fix.html. Don't worry about the missing photos on the first page... another member posted new ones later in the thread. In fact, if you start at post #185, you'll get the instructions along with replacement photos.
