Intermittent window issue - ground?

Intermittent window issue - ground? Hey all
I have a 99 camaro with an intermittent issue.
Sometimes when I run over bumps in the road or something similar, my radio stops working and my power windows won't work.
Initially I thought it was the wiring for the radio, as it looked like crap, but I've changed radio and changed all connectors there so it looks brand new.
From what I am able to see at the workshop manual - the only common point between the two should be ground, it says that the ground should be named "650" and go to ground point G200.
Anyone have any idea where this could be or point me in a good direction - if you have had the same issue?

This is the infamous BCM cold solder problem and is not related to grounds in any way. The BCM controls the RAP circuit (Retained Accessory Power) which provides for the radio and the power windows to continue to work after the ignition is shut off for about 10 minutes or until a door is opened. There is a group of solder points inside the BCM which tend to crack causing intermittent power outage to those systems (they're powered through the RAP circuit even when the ignition is on).
The solution is to re-solder the affected solder points on the BCM main board. Details are in this thread: https://ls1tech.com/forums/general-m...blems-fix.html.
