Default Driver side window switch gone out - how to replace?

I have a 2002 Trans Am, and the driver's side window switch has gone out. I am very versed in taking the door apart, but my issue lies with I am not sure which part is bad - the actual window toggle, or the wire connectors that connect into the toggle.

Does anyone have experience with this and how to fix?

Look up a pinout for the switch and test it with a multimeter. If you don't have a multimeter, get one, all you need is to be able to test continuity.
