Default Bad Monsoon amp?

Hello long time viewer new time poster! I have a 02 ws6 that has had blow subwoofers in it for over a year. Decided to do a full overhaul of the stereo, kee audio and pioneer NEX double din.

The front passenger crackles horribly, I’ve checked polarity on the speakers and appears correct. If I unplug the tweeter the crackle goes away. I’ve tried both the factory high pass filter and the one with the CDT components. Both crackle when plugged in.

Ive faded the passenger speaker level out just so I can have tunes till I decide to tear into it again. Today decided to try and put the factory head unit in as I was thinking maybe I had a speaker wire messed up in the harness. With the factory unit in it gives a high pitch screech if you turn up the volume. If I fade that speaker out it’s fine.

I can find used amps on eBay but just wondered if anyone has ran into anything similar.

Thanks for reading.
