Default IP Fuse Panel Diagram for IGN port?

Anyone have a wiring diagram showing the circuit leading to the circled location below on the IP fuse panel?

Unfortunately, there is no single schematic showing that connection. However, my research shows that it's part of circuit 39 which is powered by the GAUGES fuse. I hope that helps.

So does the IGN port provide power when the car is in RUN, Bulb Test and Start then since is goes through the GAUGES fuse?

I tried pulling power off circuit 39 (pink wire that runs to the connector that plugs into the factory gauge cluster, orange box in the diagram below) and I'm not seeing any voltage off that pink 39 circuit when the key is in the RUN position (engine off). I'll tap into the IGN port and see if it makes a difference, or perhaps something else is going on. The tinker dash I'm going to use only draws 0.5A and my Dakota Digital GS-3000 I'm told only draws 150mA, so I'll just run them both to the IGN port off the inside factory fuse box since my aftermarket 6 way fuse block that pulls switched ignition 12v off the IGN relay is all filled up.

Yes, the GAUGES fuse is hot in RUN, Bulb Test, and START, so all access points connected to it should have the same properties.
