Default Turn signals no work with headlights

Anyone ever experiance turn signals not working with headlights on? Re did all my grounds and still got this goofy problem. Lights on no turn. Lights off got left turn front real fast and back and right front and thats it. Turn headlights back on and got no turns. Anyone.

First off... what kind of car? Fourth generation f-bodies don't have any hyper-flash capability (turn signals flashing very fast) because of the old fashioned thermo-mechanical flasher.

The only thing common between the turn signals and headlights is their grounds - G105 and G106 on top of the radiator support on each side.

Do your DRLs work? Do the dim parking lights work when the headlights are on (not just parking lights) with the turn signals off? Do the turn signals work with the bright parking lights (only - no headlights) on? Do the fog lights work?
