Keyless and left window switch issue

Keyless and left window switch issue Full story for context:
I have a ‘01 T/A.
I’ve always had an issue with my drivers window and stereo intermittently going out together and I could hit the side of the dash where the stereo is while holding down the window switch and it would come back on (don’t know how I figured that out).
I put a new battery in the car a few months ago because it sat dead for a few years. The driver power seat, horn, drivers window, and keyless fob didn’t work for a few days and then magically all was fine. Car sat for a month and battery went dead(I’m guessing because I relocated the battery to the rear and it just takes more juice to keep everything going). After charging and driving the car I noticed the drivers window and the keyless don’t work at all. The stereo and passenger window started to intermittently go out and again I could hit the side of the stereo and they would start to work. I did the BCM fix and no more issues with the stereo and right window but the window and keyless drivers side still doesn’t work.
I can hear the express down module click when I push the down button but not a peep out of the window motor. I’ve also gone through the steps to pair the keyless but it doesn’t help. Only bright side is my battery doesn’t die now. I’m guessing it’s because the security system isn’t working.
