If you're sure it's not the bulb, check that you have power (12V+) in the brown wire at the socket. If so, then it's either the bulb or the socket. If not, you'll need to trace back the wire to find the break. Luckily, since the other side works, you'll only have to go back to where the the left and right circuits split. This is in the front harness about 6 inches from where the windshield washer pump wires split out.
the local harness ground voltage across ground - body resistance
and starving the DRL. Follow the ground wire back to where it
is screwed down to chassis sheet metal, wire-brush the eye-
connector and the screw and the sheet metal and retighten.
