5x7 In Sail Panels and/or Hatch?

5x7 In Sail Panels and/or Hatch? Upgrading all speakers in the car. Infinity Kappa's all the way around. 6.5 or 5.25 Kappa component in the doors.
My questions are this. Can I cut extra metal out and mount a 5x7 in the sail panels with no interference with the plastics??
Possible to mount some what easily mount 5x7s in the hatch area? I know some say to just leave them unplugged, but I want something back there. 5x7s? Or just go with some 4x6s for simplicity?
