quick help needed with H/U install
quick help needed with H/U install I just bought a 2000 w6s t/a that has the monsoon in it.
i bought a alpine 9833 and installed it today. the wiring looked like
it was going well...all the speaker wire colors matched up to the harness i bought. i do not see any amp in this car or subs but it does have the 10 speaker system. yes i have pulled the rear panels and spare tire..nothing.
i believe the person before me had an amp in the car because i found a heavy gauge wire leading to the rear of the car and it has a pac sini-35 wired into it.
so..the problem is.....everything seems to work fine on the deck...antenna goes up and down..but....no sound...at all......went all through the menu's and it does not appear that any of the settings are wrong..i. had a alpine in my camaro before this so i am mostly familiar with the settings.
any ideas?

umm..never mind..lol...i went through the menu again on the head unit and
finally found an option that was turned off....
sounds good....tomorrow i'll put some speakers in....oh joy..
