Default Brake light permanetly on

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, For what ever reason my right brake light stays on permanetly whenever i'm driving around. Also my reverse lights never come on, I've replaced every single bulb in the back and that didn't help.
Any ideas?
Thanks
P.s. it's a 97 fromula

Check the white brake switch at the top of the brake pedal under the dash. Ensure it's not out of adjustment causing the 12v to pass thru at all times. Try unplugging the connector on the switch to see if the switch is stuck closed due to its failing internally. If the light goes out when you unplug it, and if the switch appears to be adjusted correctly, changing the switch would fix you problems.
