Default Loud Turn Signal Flasher

I have a true dual system dumped before the rear axle, so it's pretty loud. If I have any music on or the windows down, I cannot hear my turn signal flasher at all. Also, if it's really bright outside, it's near impossible to see the signal indicator lights blinking. So I've found myself driving straight with a turn signal still flashing away a couple of times. I've seen loud flashers at the auto parts store, but do they even make a loud flasher that will work with our cars? If so, has anyone tried one of the loud turn signal flashers? I am mainly concerned that if I tried one, it would be so loud that I would be embarrassed to use my turn signals.

The flashers in our cars are just a standard 2-prong unit that you can get at any auto parts store. The loud versions will work fine. They are louder than stock but still might not be loud enough for you depending on how loud your exhaust and music are.
