Stereo and power windows
Stereo and power windows Are these in any ways connected? A pretty often occurance when I drive my stereo will just cut off, and sometimes it stays off and other times it comes back on. Whenever the cd player cuts off though, the power window motors dont work. Everything else seems to work fine except for my cruise, but I'm fairly certain thats unrelated (it never works). Any ideas?

Yes and no...
See there is one huge loom of wire behind the dash and in it are about 6wires that all tap into one 10ga coming from the drivers side block. But I would say the problem is in the drivers power block or the BCM. both are super easy to check and test.

How can I test the BCM and the driver's power block (Where is this located?) TECH Fanatic

BCM is behind the glove box, small black box. And the power block is under the drivers dash has 10ga wire on it. but first check your connectors behind the radio. or un plug the harness and drive for a day and see if the windows act up. then check the grounds at the side of the dash there is a large bolt the faces the driver and passenger the bolts the corner of the dash down there are many grounds there.
