Default 1996 z28 rear speaker question

sup y'all, i'm new to this site.

i just installed a jvc el kameleon headunit and i have four pioneer 6.5's. i installed the two 6.5's in the front, but when i tried to wire the ones in the rear, they don't play. i know it's not the headunit because rear speakers worked in my old car, and i know it's not the speakers. i think it has to do with the previous delco wiring.

the two wires that are coming out of the rear for the speakers are colored, blue with a white stripe, and green with a black stripe.

anyone know the prob?

Welcome to the site.

Take a speaker (not already in the car) that you can test out with.
Take the wires from the head unit and see if they play on the test speaker.

You can take the speakers in the car and test them with a ohm meter or a battery.
