The lights on the dash that run behind the head light **** flickers. It turns on and off even though everything else runs fine??? The only other thing that i think can be messing up because of the lights is that when i take the key out and the radio keeps playing, the mirror lights come on and off and so does the back car "dome" light. Any suggestions on where to start??

 

Cold solder joint on the LED? if you can solder take it appart and replace or resolder the LED. If not go to a junk yard and pay 10-15 bucks for a new stock unit.
