Tweeter Pod install??

Tweeter Pod install?? Hey guys, I bought a set of never installed custom fiberglass tweeter pods and I was just wondering how you mounted them to the doors? I have already e-mailed Kevin (SShevy) who is the creator of these but I have not received a response yet so I'm looking for ideas.
I'm guessing I will first cut the hole for the tweeters and then figure out how to screw the pods to the doors by going through the hole for the tweeter. But if I do that it means I would have to mount the pod to the door first then install the tweeter but I don't think that will work with my Infinity Kappa tweeters.
Any tips or ideas? Thanks for the help!
These are the pods I'm talking about..........mine are the same as these......
